Tools and suggestion box
Thumbnail Maker processes images, text and edits on your device. Drafts and templates are saved in your browser’s IndexedDB. The editor does not send images or editing data to our server. You can remove local data by clearing this site’s browser data.
Short Maker processes videos, images and text on your device. Layouts and inserted images are saved in your browser; source videos are not stored. Videos and edits are not sent to our server. Clear site data on your device to remove saved content.
Suggestions and optional reply addresses are stored on the server for handling your request. Only administrators can view them; they are not publicly listed.
SYUGYO Post
Message text and optional names are stored on the server and are accessible only to the administrator. Names are not verified. The administrator may publish selected message text as an image and answer on X or elsewhere. Shared images exclude names and draft answers. No inbox or answer list is published on this site.
After sharing is disabled, images can no longer be retrieved from this site. Copies cached or reposted on X or elsewhere cannot be removed by this site.
Page view counts
Page views are counted by day and page. Counts contain no IP addresses, visitor IDs, input content or images and use no measurement cookies. Daily counts are retained for 90 days and cumulative totals are kept continuously. The hosting infrastructure may process technical logs to provide and secure the service.
Advertising
Advertising is currently disabled on this site. We are preparing to introduce Google AdSense.
On pages with ads, Google and third-party advertising providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and device identifiers for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Third parties may read and store browser cookies and collect information through web beacons. Personalized ads may use information about past visits to this and other sites.
Where required, Google consent messages are displayed and your choices affect advertising. You can change choices through the displayed consent settings or Google privacy links. Tools remain usable if you block ads.
External services
Child services and external links have their own privacy policies. Administrator sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication.
Language preference
Your selected language is saved in browser storage and a functional cookie with a one-year expiry. Links between these sites carry the lang parameter; it is not used to identify visitors.
